- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called in to book appointments today as I suffered from hyperthyroidism - heart palpitations, fatigue, grave disease, weak muscle etc. The staff is rude and doesn't allow me to come in today because she thinks it is not urgent. After a short argument with her I said if I die you are responsible for it that's when I win a slot, she put me in for the 11:30am slot for today. This was not the first time, I was with them 4 years, even my last visit to the doctors - one of the woman doctors didn't even bother to look at the patient when she's diagnosing me but the computer, I was put off by her attitude, when the doctor ask u questions she looks at the computer and as if she speaks to the computer, no professionalism at all. I don't complaint simply but only after numerous times of bad experience with this practice, going to addington doctors has become a bad experience when u are suppose to get help from them. Today I'm here searching for a new GP practice when addington practice came up amongst the three and I clicked on the comments left by others, I was more determine to leave this Addington and get a new GP. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Extremely unprofessional and far away from being organised. Perfect surgery if you need a paracetamol but the moment it gets complicated...you're better off to the hospital. Didn't detect many times that me and my family had something serious including my baby's urine infection. I've always been diagnosed in hospital. I do not recommend it. the only need to stay is cause is close to my house and if i need a prescription it's easy to get (kind of) otherwise, always hospital!by Teresa AffinitoMay 09, 2017
